Is @cisco.com@bsky.brid.gy #webex down in the EU, or DACH? I am supposed to be talking to people in Japan and they say it's working fine for them... is this about #davos? TBH I am not a webex fan, it seems to mess with files it shouldn't, or at least did seem to do that during COVID.

One of our non-profit sponsors killed our complimentary Zoom accounts and offered to sell them back at crazy markup. Budget cuts, or something.

So we compared paid Zoom and Webex (which I've long preferred.) Not only is Webex lot less expensive than Zoom, but the AI summary and action items are very, very good. Color me impressed!

I never could understand how Zoom seemingly "won" the pandemic.

@susankayequinn obviously #JitsiMeet blows everything out of the water, regardless if #Zoom, #MicrosoftTeams, #GoogleMeet or whatever.

• The only competitior that as a slight leg up is #WebEx because #Cisco did some tweaking with it so that even tiny text is transmitted crisp af.

But unless you want to share like legalese documents and can't just send them in advance to participants you'll be fine with #Jitsi...
