In looking through this I see 2 huge flaws -
1. (beyond mastodon)These are big tech extensions/parts & thusly they're privacy disrespecting pieces of trash.

2. On the accessibility group/features - they're really only meant for #VisuallyImpaired & #HearingImpaired folks, beyond one that's for temperature regulation issues

*I'm not saying the groups these are meant for don't matter but the one I'm in & need help with is #spinal.

GB is a #brain #tumor originating in the brain or #spinal cord. Despite advances in #cancer treatment, it can remain resistant to therapies, including #immune checkpoint (ICP) blockade therapies.

It feels very small in the face of the world. Still, five upcoming surgeries are making me not look forward to 2024. This means, for me, most of the year spent off my Humira and Leflunemide, with my HS, Sjogrens and RA going full tilt.

On the other hand, it would be nice to be able to use my hands again and I'm told that nerve pain is the worst and I'll really appreciate life without it. That might be cool.
