Every 2y I intend to improve my #fitness and #bodyawareness through #physicalexercise.

As 2024 was not easy for me and I haven't done much, it's hard to start again. Even my 2.5 kg dumbbells seem too heavy for me, but I intend to do a 30 minutes workout every second day.

Some of the exercises are:
- shoulder press
- front and lateral arm raises
- front and lateral leg raises
- sumo squats
- crunches
- bird dog crunches

15x 2 rounds

My next aim is to do these on a daily basis.

  A very charming display of #eurythmics and #dancing was given by the pupils of Miss Barbara Putnam at the Pioneer Club on Saturday afternoon. The programme included an interesting display of eurythmics and Grecian arm exercises by one of the adult classes, the pupils being dressed in grey Grecian costumes and grey veils, which showed up well with a decorative background of rose-coloured gladioli. The ballroom dancing was greatly appreciated, and afternoon tea was served and much enjoyed. There were many parents and friends present, including Mesdames Moodie, Mackersey, Runes, Maudesley, Morpeth, Robison, Wilkie, Stott, and others.
