I had a technique focused day for the first time in forever, and it felt so good. I was feeling worn down, starting to dread my workout, which was my body asking me to stop stressing it out. A technique week is going to do me good, so I can get back to lifting heavy. This is a wake up call to start considering my mesocycle way more

Update: these running shorts are pretty nice. There's a liner that replaces my underwear with a phone pocket, so it doesn't flap in the normal pockets. Theres a backwards zipper pocket that I put my keys and earbud case in that also doesn't flap against me when running. They feel like good quality.
Assuming they last a while, its worth the money. There also aren't other shorts I know of that have these nice features so they may be corning a market. If there are other running shorts with these same features please tell me! I'd definitely try them out

I am turning into a unit.
I've never been able to say that before.
But it took someone running their fingers down my muscles and complimenting me all night to convince me.
I've had worse nights - finding out I'm sexy and all the obsessive #workingout paid off after all, and being touched all night.
I was alright before.
Now I look like the guy she tells you not to worry about.
Seriously though don't, I'm taken we actually are friends, I'm just scared of men.
I swapped (again, and again, and again) the time I go to the gym, and it sits now at 7AM.
My body, and especially my circadian circle are going full "BRO WTF, DUDE!".

Me at 16 coming home from the gym:
"Maybe I should go for 5K now, I'm not that tired"
Me at 40 coming home from the gym:
"Ouch my abs."
"Ouch my calves."
"Ouch my everything."
Back to the gym today and I'm telling this between my teeth but seems like most of the annoying people didn't return / are still in vacation, so I'm going to enjoy working out during lunch break until I can go back to my usual timing (7 AM)
