Himachal News: हिमाचल प्रदेश में हिमाचल अतिक्रमण का मुद्दा एक बार फिर सुर्खियों में है। हिमाचल प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट ने सरकारी और वन भूमि पर अतिक्रमण को लेकर कड़ा रुख अपनाया है। न्यायाधीश विवेक सिंह ठाकुर और बीसी नेगी की खंडपीठ ने मुख्य सचिव को निर्देश दिया कि वे राजस्व, वन और अन्य संबंधित विभागों को 15 जुलाई तक अतिक्रमणकारियों को बेदखल करने के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठाने का आदेश दें। कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि अतिक्रमित भूमि को बनाए रखने का कोई कानूनी आधार नहीं है।

सरकार का स्पष्ट रुख

हाई कोर्ट की सुनवाई के दौरान सरकार ने साफ किया कि हिमाचल अतिक्रमण से जुड़ी 5 या 10 बीघा भूमि को नियमित करने की कोई नीति मौजूद नहीं है। सरकार ने कहा कि ऐसी कोई योजना भविष्य में भी प्रस्तावित नहीं है। इस बयान के आधार पर कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट किया कि कोई भी व्यक्ति सरकारी या वन भूमि पर कब्जा बनाए रखने का हकदार नहीं है। यह फैसला उन लोगों के लिए बड़ा झटका है, जो लंबे समय से ऐसी भूमि पर कब्जा जमाए हुए हैं।

कोर्ट के सख्त निर्देश

न्यायालय ने मुख्य सचिव को सभी संबंधित विभागों को तत्काल कार्रवाई शुरू करने का निर्देश दिया। कोर्ट ने हिमाचल अतिक्रमण से जुड़े मामलों में पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए 21 जुलाई तक स्थिति रिपोर्ट दाखिल करने का आदेश दिया। कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि पहले दिए गए आदेश, जो 5 बीघा तक अतिक्रमण को संरक्षण देने की बात करते थे, अब प्रभावी नहीं हैं। यह फैसला पर्यावरण संरक्षण और सरकारी संपत्ति की रक्षा के लिए महत्वपूर्ण माना जा रहा है।

Gujarat News: बुलडोजर कार्रवाई ने गुजरात के जामनगर में अवैध निर्माणों को निशाना बनाया। शनिवार को 300 अवैध संरचनाएं ढहाई गईं। इनमें एक धार्मिक स्थल भी शामिल था, जहां आलीशान सुविधाएं देखकर अधिकारी हैरान रह गए।

अवैध निर्माणों का खुलासा

जामनगर के बाचु नगर एक्सटेंशन में 294 घर और चार धार्मिक स्थल अवैध रूप से बने थे। ये निर्माण 20-25 साल पुराने थे। इनके कारण रंगमती नदी का बहाव रुक गया था। बारिश में रिहायशी इलाकों में पानी भर जाता था। नगर निगम ने इस समस्या को हल करने के लिए बुलडोजर कार्रवाई शुरू की। स्थानीय लोगों ने इस कार्रवाई को राहत भरा बताया।

धार्मिक स्थल में आलीशान सुविधाएं

तोड़फोड़ के दौरान एक धार्मिक स्थल ने सभी को चौंका दिया। 11,000 वर्ग फीट में फैले इस स्थल में स्विमिंग पूल, बाथटब और संगमरमर से सजे कमरे मिले। एसपी प्रेमसुख डेलू ने बताया कि यह स्थल नदी के बहाव को रोक रहा था। पुलिस ने इसकी फंडिंग की जांच शुरू कर दी। यह खुलासा स्थानीय लोगों के लिए हैरान करने वाला था।

भारी मशीनरी का उपयोग

बुलडोजर कार्रवाई में 12 जेसीबी, तीन हिताची मशीन और 13 ट्रैक्टर लगाए गए। करीब 100 कर्मचारी इस काम में जुटे थे। आठ लाख वर्ग फीट जमीन को खाली कराया गया। इस जमीन की कीमत 200 करोड़ रुपये है। पुलिस की मौजूदगी में यह कार्रवाई पूरी हुई। कुछ निवासियों को घर छोड़ना पड़ा, जिससे उन्हें परेशानी हुई।

बाढ़ से राहत की उम्मीद

अधिकारियों ने कहा कि अवैध निर्माण हटने से रंगमती नदी का बहाव सामान्य होगा। इससे बारिश में बाढ़ की समस्या कम होगी। नगर निगम ने भविष्य में भी ऐसी कार्रवाइयां जारी रखने का ऐलान किया। यह कदम पर्यावरण और शहर की सुरक्षा के लिए जरूरी था। अधिक जानकारी के लिए यहां देखें।
