Both systems in this household run Debian for a while now and I notice quite a few differences compared to Arcolinux (Arch).
First: no crashes or bugs after an update up to now.
Second: I do not miss the AUR, because the uncommon (or more up-to-date) things I need are installed easily with Flatpak. Yay!
Third: somehow the home network runs better with Samba and KDEconnect. I've had several problems with that on Arch. Not anymore!

Correct Missing something?

#KaOS Linux running in #QEMU in fullscreen mode on my laptop, part of my research for a suitable linux demo live image.

To achieve this, start in normal mode, then select view->fullscreen in the qemu window, then set the monitor resolution in the guest system to the same size as your screen.

KaOS people will see that I changed the configuration a bit, but I really like it anyways. It comes with LibreOffice as well as Calligra office, and being arch/arcos based it is of course up to date and easily maintainable. I didn't try the installer, but it's calmares, which is usually working just fine.

One issue with all the live images I tried so far is that they do not come with danish locale, making them unsuitable for a linux demo for danes. So I might end up creating my own version of #ArcoLinux Plasma Pro, while it is still possible. That will also allow me to make a more non-geek friendly application selection.

E hoje soube que o projeto #ArcoLinux será descontinuado. Uma pena... Migrando pro #CachyOs e já enfrentando problemas com o dualboot, mas de resto, gostando das otimizações do sistema. Sigamos.

останется огромная видеотека - автор дистрибутива записал более 5000 видео на youtube с туториалами разных штук для Arco, но, скорее всего, для Арча и Arch-based оно тоже пригодится, наверняка ещё и distribution-agnostic туториалы есть
мигрировать на :arch: можно, просто обновившись: разработчик подготовил апдейт, который заменит pacman.conf и mirrorlist на арчовые
