It's short for #Multipotentialite, which is a term coined by Emilie Wapnick. Barbara Sher calls us #Scanners. Another term is #RenaissancePerson.
Basically, it's someone who thrives on many interests, projects and passions, simultaneously, cyclically or one after another.
Someone who feels trapped or anxious about just choosing ONE THING.
I'm pushing 40 and I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up.
