Hey government geospatial people:
.MDB is not a valid spatial data publishing format! Neither is .GDB!
If you sincerely cannot think of a data format other than .shp - it *needs* it's attending .prj otherwise it is useless or at best a massive waste of time.
Especially frustrating given 3 years of rejection from every geospatial job 🤬 . It's like the community *prefers* to kick itself in the squishy bits repeatedly.
