Panorama im Zug

Langsam weiss ich sehr genau, wo ich auf der S11-Strecke aus dem Fenster schauen muss, um ein wunderschönes Bergpanorama zu sehen: Wenn von Effretikon kommend auf der linken Seite der Hügel mit dem Wald flacher wird und dem Glatttal Platz macht, erstreckt sich dort die Silhouette von St. Galler- und Glarner-Alpen. Die einzelnen Berge kann ich nicht benennen, aber das Panorama ist monumental.

Fotografieren lassen sich die Berge aus dem fahrenden Zug heraus ziemlich schlecht, zumal wenn man auf der falschen Seite des Wagens sitzt, nur zu diesem Zweck kurz aufsteht und stehend aus der Hand fotografiert. Stattdessen waren die Fotos, die ich vergangenen Dienstag gemacht hatte, deswegen unscharf und verschwommen.

Der Üetliberg, den ich kurze Zeit später von meinem Arbeitsplatz aus sah, präsentierte sich in einem ebenfalls sehr interessanten Licht und konnte gut fotografiert werden – ohne dabei zu verwackeln.

Und dann erst recht die Stimmung am Abend, kurz bevor ich wieder aufbrach: Wunderschön!

For #MountainMonday, here's a #sunset over the #NantGwynant valley in #Eryri (#Snowdonia), very close to Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon). The #lake in the photo is #LlynGwynant. Wikipedia claims this view is one of the most photographed in #Wales ... I wonder why! 😏
The little roadside viewpoint was packed with photographers, myself included, while hubby and kiddo were waiting in the car. I think you can hear their eyes rolling in the photo.
