Controversial #Valencian #architect #SantiagoCalatrava designed the #ciudaddelesartesylasciencias #cityofartsandsciences in the former #riverbed and it is truly impressive, in an #epcotcenter kind of way.

During my visit to Austin, I met up with Evie to spend some time together, both casually and to take some photos. If we'd had more time, I would have dedicated a day to work some concepts I had with her on location and in a studio, but unfortunately time wasn't on our side. Still, I love this image from what we were able to do and look forward to seeing her again.

Yesterday we explored and hiked a few kilometers in one of the many semi-dry, karsty river beds in the Ammergau Alps. Already so much life & colors again... Partially felt like walking through a microclimate tundra zone. Chamois cress, Oxlip and Winter Heath in full bloom...

Also finally confirmed that after 14 years my old Sigma 18-200mm lens has some serious mechanical defect and doesn't produce any clear focus anymore (😭), so only had the macro lens and phone...
