🆘Cuts in corporate taxes so generous they would make the robber barons blush.

An end to federal funding for public television and radio that forces many local stations to shutter.

The termination of Head Start programs leaves hundreds of thousands of parents and guardians without preschool or childcare.

The elimination of the Department of Education and programs like Title I halt funding and many protections for students with disabilities, English learners and students from low-income households.

Pornography is criminalized.

Ditto for abortion rights, emergency contraception and many reproductive health programs.

Adiós also to most public sector unions, labor organizing rights and anti-poverty programs.

⭐️It can be difficult at times to distinguish the hyperbole of Trump and the Maga movement from actual governing plans.
“Build the wall” was always more of a campaign performance and fundraising stunt than a policy blueprint.

But after attending several rightwing conferences and rallies for research in the last year, I have little reason to doubt their intentions this time around.

🔥I’ve heard Miller at CPAC describethe deportation plans in chilling detail.

I heard speaker after speaker at a Turning Point USA conference promise #violence and #retribution against political opponents,
the dismantling of nearly all public goods,
and plans to bring a shrill #Christian #nationalism to the center of governance and civic life.

❌I’ve listened to unapologetic defenses of #eugenics and scientific #racism on rightwing media channels with millions of followers.

And perhaps most frighteningly, I’ve observed growing numbers of
young people,
people of color and others outside of the traditional conservative base
join the #Maga faithful and embrace the #cynicism and #demonization that is the heartbeat of the contemporary right.

Conservatives often celebrate the unity of their governing philosophy, rooted in small government, entrepreneurship, faith and family.

But there is nothing coherent or rational about these policies.
#Plunder is the prevailing principle.

And these ideas are 👉not limited to the #Heritage #Foundation or Trump alone.
🩸They have been embraced across a network of rightwing formations, some with agendas even more extreme than Project 2025.‼️

Die Tagesschau habe berichtet, dass ein Skandal um Immediate Core das Ende der Karriere von Olaf Scholz bedeuten könne. Grund dafür: Maybrit Illner habe ihren Ausstieg aus der Show verkünden müssen, nachdem sie ein Gespräch mit ihm über die Krypto-Plattform Immediate Core veröffentlicht hatte.

Manipuliert. Der angebliche Artikel verbreitet sich über eine Facebook-Anzeige und ist manipuliert – die Tagesschau hat über den angeblichen Skandal nie berichtet. Im Netz warnen Anwälte und Verbraucherzentralen vor Immediate Core wegen Verdacht auf Anlagebetrug.

Wer sich bei Facebook anmeldet, gelangt auf eine Seite mit den neuesten Beiträgen, den sogenannten Feed – dort sieht man, was Freunde und Verwandte geteilt haben, darunter mischen sich auch Werbeanzeigen. In grauer Schrift steht „Anzeige“ unter dem Namen des Nutzers. Auf eine solche Anzeige stießen wir am 26. Juli 2024 – sie wirkt wie ein Beitrag der Tagesschau, moderiert von Jan Hofer. Skeptisch macht direkt: Hofer sieht jünger aus als heute und seit 2020 nicht mehr.

In der Anzeige hieß es reißerisch: „Ist das ende seiner karriere [sic]?“ – dazu ein Bild von Bundeskanzler Olaf Scholz und der Moderatorin Maybrit Illner. Von einem „Skandal, der die ganze Welt schockierte“ ist die Rede, „Immediate Core“ steht auf einem Bildschirm hinter Illner und Scholz. Wer auf den Link klickt, erfährt in einem , dass Illner ihren Ausstieg aus dem Fernsehen verkünden musste, nachdem sie ein Gespräch mit Scholz über die Plattform Immediate Core veröffentlicht habe.

Anzeige wurde offenbar als politische Werbung geschaltet

Es gibt mehrere Hinweise darauf, dass der Facebook-Beitrag eine Fälschung ist: Die Facebook-Seite, die die Werbeanzeige veröffentlicht hat, heißt „German News“ und unter „Info“ stehen keinerlei Kontaktdaten. Unter dem Abschnitt „Seitentransparenz“ sieht man zudem, dass sie erst am 9. Juli 2024 online ging – und mutmaßlich aus Vietnam betrieben wird. 

Zu lesen ist dort, dass die Seite „Wahlwerbung bzw. Werbung zu politisch oder gesellschaftlich relevanten Themen“ veröffentlicht. Bei solchen Werbeanzeigen müssen laut Meta der Name und die Organisation genannt werden, die für die Anzeigen bezahlen – und das fehlte hier. In der Werbebibliothek von Meta finden sich mehrere identische Werbeanzeigen, die bis zum 27. Juli aus diesem Grund abgeschaltet wurden. Manche waren schon vor Wochen aktiv, allein eine der neueren Anzeigen erreichte mehr als 2.000 Nutzer.

Der Facebook-Konzern Meta hat auf eine Frage dazu nicht direkt geantwortet und stattdessen allgemein erklärt, welche Prüfungen solche Anzeigen durchliefen. Wieso die Werbeanzeigen mit den gefälschten Inhalten nicht erkannt wurden, hat das Unternehmen nicht beantwortet.

Immediate Core: Werbung für eine intransparente Plattform für Kryptowährung ohne Ansprechpartner

Dass auch der Tagesschau-Artikel gefälscht ist, der beworben wird, erkennt man neben den Schreibfehler in der Anzeige auch an der Adresse oben im Browser. Dort steht nicht die Adresse tagesschau.de, sondern techprosecurenews.com. Dazu kommt, dass es auf der Seite kein Impressum gibt und die Seite anders aussieht als die der Tagesschau. 

Der gefälschte Tagesschau-Bericht bewirbt die Plattform Immediate Core nicht nur, sondern verlinkt auch auf ein Registrierungsformular, mit dem Kontaktdaten abgefragt werden. Wer seine Daten dort eingibt, weiß nicht, was damit passiert – einen Ansprechpartner gibt es auf der Seite nicht. 

Informationen über Immediate Core finden sich jedoch weder auf der echten , noch zusammen mit dem Stichwort Maybrit Illner oder Olaf Scholz. Stattdessen findet man einen Tagesschau-Artikel mit der Überschrift: „Flut an getarnten Desinformationen“, in dem es um Krypto-Betrug mit gefälschten Medienberichten geht. 

Immediate Core ist Teil dieser Masche. 

Anwälte warnen im Zusammenhang mit dem Namen Immediate Core teils vor Anlagebetrug

Wer „Immediate Core“ bei Google eingibt, stößt gleich auf mehrere Webseiten, die den Namen nutzen und selbst oft als Werbung eingeblendet werden. Nutzerinnen und Nutzer können darüber angeblich in digitale Währungen investieren – in der Finanzbranche spricht man von Krypto-Trading. Die Seiten versprechen hohe Gewinne. Doch wer dahintersteckt und wie das konkret funktionieren soll, steht dort nicht. 

Anwaltskanzleien warnen aber zum Beispiel in Zusammenhang mit der Adresse „immediatecore.com“ vor Anlagebetrug. Auch die deutsche Finanzaufsicht BaFin informierte am 3. Juni 2024, dass die Betreiber „ohne Erlaubnis Finanz- und Wertpapierdienstleistungen“ anbieten würden.

Auf der Webseite der Verbraucherzentrale heißt es, dass die Masche typisch für unseriöse Trading-Plattformen sei: „Bei einem sozialen Netzwerk wird Werbung geschaltet, die mit einem gewinnsicheren Handelssystem lockt. Teils wird dafür auf vermeintlich seriöse Nachrichtenseiten verlinkt oder mit gefälschten Aussagen von Prominenten geworben.“

Aus früheren Recherchen von CORRECTIV.Faktencheck ist bekannt: Hinter den gefälschten Artikeln steckt eine Betrugsmasche, die seit Monaten immer wieder mit verschiedenen Prominenten und Politikerinnen kursiert. Betroffen waren unter anderem Til Schweiger, Annalena Baerbock oder Alice Weidel. Das Medienmagazin Zapp berichtet darüber ausführlich.
